Hi everyone,

One of my dear members, Ellie Biscuti Galizia prepared the Maple Soy Glazed Salmon recipe that I posted Saturday and I had to share the photo of her meal.

I LOVE to hear from DishingwithDiane.com members when they tell me that they made a recipe of mine; but I never get to see the pics of the finished product. So this is a treat for all of us.

Ellie is a great cook and agreed that the recipe was easy and her family enjoyed it.

I am always asking my members to let me know when you try a recipe of mine and what you think of it and I am thrilled to receive photos along with your comments.

It makes it that much more meaningful for me to write this blog when I hear from members that they are enjoying the posts.
